Settling a score the old-fashioned way backfires

Christopher Drew Ray Graham waived the right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 15 and will be arraigned before Judge David Miller in circuit court Feb. 13.

Graham and a second suspect, Zarek Cook, are charged with several felonies related to a vehicle chase that allegedly involved the firing of a single-shot .20-gauge shotgun and the ramming of one vehicle by the other.

The incident took place Oct. 14, 2012 near Highway 10 and Tree Farm Road.

The charges against Graham and Cook include discharging a firearm at or from a motor vehicle, a B Felony; armed criminal action, an Unclassified Felony; assault in the 2nd degree, a C Felony; and resisting arrest in connection with a felony, a D Felony.
