Pamela June Sherrill, 50, Martinsville, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at her home.
She was born March 3, 1962 in North Kansas City, the daughter of Earl Black and Patricia Mae Lampkin.
On Feb. 12, 1982, she married Rick Sherrill in Martinsville. He survives at the home.
Pam was a registered nurse and had been involved with hospice and home health for several years.
Survivors in addition to her husband are a son, David (Valerie) Sherrill, Albany; a daughter, Kristina (Joe) Anderson, Richmond; four grandchildren, Justin Anderson, Channing Brylee Mae and Jamesyn Sherrill; parents, Patricia (Garland E.) Hendren, Bethany; brother, Tim (Tammy) Black, Etowah, Tenn.; two step-brothers, Larry (Cheryl) Hendren, Bethany; Eddie Dale Hendren, Princeton; a step-sister, Rebecka (Pat) Sullenger, Martinsville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bobbie and Dixie Sherrill, Martinsville; three sisters-in-law, Rebecca (Monty) Thompson; Renee Ellis; Roberta (Rod) Madison; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Black; and a granddaughter, Jasmin Marie Anderson.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Roberson Funeral Home. Burial was in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Martinsville. The family received friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Roberson Funeral Home.
