Jonathan William Ball, 30, of Richmond, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 in Richmond.
Jonathan was born Oct. 23, 1982 in Kansas City, Mo.
Jonathan was a self-employed public record researcher. He had worked at the Community Bank in Richmond and also managed a restaurant in Branson. He was a 2001 graduate of Richmond High School, where he was active in band. He was of the Christian faith. He attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. He had lived in Raytown before moving to Richmond in 1992.
Survivors include; his parents, Dennis R. and Linda S. Ball of Richmond and his paternal grandmother, Stella Ball of Sedalia, along with a host of friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ray County Humane Society.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 28, at 10:30 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Witcher Family Cemetery, south of Marshall.
