The Hardin-Central Lady Bulldogs snapped their three-game skid in a big way Tuesday night by rolling over Bosworth 94-18. The victory was the first CLAA decision in three contests for Hardin-Central while also getting the Lady Dawgs back over the .500 mark at 4-3 overall.
Hardin-Central raced out to a 25-0 lead after the first quarter and took a 49-5 cushion by halftime over undermanned Bosworth. The Lady Dawgs led 77-9 after three periods. All 12 Lady Bulldogs scored in the game, while Bosworth had just six players on the roster.
Maddi DeMint scored a game-high 12 for Hardin-Central with 4 rebounds and a pair of assists. Olivia Ellis hit for 16 points with 5 rebounds, 2 assists and a blocked shot. Ellis, Shona Hall, Kasi Arbogast and Macy Foster paced the defense with 4 steals apiece. Hall also scored 9 points with a half dozen rebounds and 4 assists.
