RHS grad earns league honors

Cody Gorham, a 2012 graduate of Richmond High School, was named the American Midwest Conference cross country runner of the week for Oct. 22.

Gorham, a freshman, helped the Columbia College men’s team to its first ever meet championship in the Cougars inaugural season. Gorham placed second in a 92-runner field with a time of 25 minutes, 57 seconds. He was just four seconds off the first place finisher and 10 seconds ahead of the third place runner.
