Melissa Clevenger, 64, Excelsior Springs,  passed away Saturday, Oct., 13, 2012 at her home.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17,  at the Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be given to Northcare Hospice.
