Everett Dale “Smokey” Lewis, Jr.

Everett Dale “Smokey” Lewis, Jr. of Rayville,  passed away, October 7, 2012 at his home after a long battle of illness.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 9, at the Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the funeral home. Burial in the Crowley Cemetery in Rayville.
