Lowell Dee Winkler, 71, Excelsior Springs,  passed away, Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at his home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 17, at the Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Mineral Creek Cemetery in Leeton, Mo.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Hospice.
