Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Brandon Ehlen, A Single Person and Breanna Mercado, A Single Person, dated July 24, 2008 and recorded on August 13, 2008 in Book 1504, Page 3, as Document No. 81406, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri.  The Successor Trustee will on March 2, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 12:00PM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

Lot 2, Wuttke Estates, a subdivision in the Village of Crystal Lakes, Ray County, Missouri.

31350 W 146 St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
