Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by George D. Phillips and L. Pauline Phillips, Husband and Wife as joint tenants, dated November 4, 2004 and recorded on November 5, 2004 in Book 1246, Page 72, as Document No. 59618, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on February 24, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00AM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
All of Lot Three (3), Denning Addition Phase I, being part of Block 10 Wilson’s Addition to the City of Richmond, Missouri, recorded as Slide #498 in the recorder’s office of Ray County, Missori.
