Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jimi L. Adams, A Single Person, dated August 15, 2002 and recorded on August 21, 2002 in Book 1040, Page 52, as Document No. 042609, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri.  The Successor Trustee will on February 24, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00AM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

 ALL OF LOT #86 OF HOMESTEAD MOBILE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN RAY COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, AND SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD THEREON.
