TRUSTEE’S SALE –
For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by David W. Craven and Linda J. Craven, Husband and Wife, dated December 1, 2006 and recorded on December 11, 2006 as Book 1405 at Page 13 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Ray County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on January 6, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the South front door of Ray county courthouse, in the city of Richmond., State of Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust,
to wit: LOT ONE (1), SISK MINOR SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION FIFTEEN (15), TOWNSHIP FIFTY-TWO (52), RANGE TWENTY-NINE (29), RAY COUNTY, MISSOURI, RECORDED AS SLIDE 438 IN THE RECORDER’S OFFICE OF RAY COUNTY, MISSOURI.
And more commonly known as: 12403 Shoemaker Road, Excelsior Springs, Missouri 64024.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
