NOTICE OF ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual stockholders meeting of the Bank of Orrick will be held at its banking house in the City of Orrick, MO, on the 11^th day of January, 2012.

Said meeting will be convened at 1:00 p.m. and continued during at least three hours unless the object for which said meeting is called be accomplished sooner.

The purpose for which this meeting is called is to elect five directors for the said bank, to serve during the ensuing year and for the transaction of any other business which may come properly before the meeting.
