TRUSTEE`S SALE – Under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Aaron Poirier, a single man dated 08/09/2006, and recorded on 08/10/2006 Book 1381 Page 20 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Ray County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on 01/03/2012 at 1:30 PM at South Front Door of the Ray County Courthouse, 100 Main St. Richmond, MO 64085, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:
