NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
For default in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jacquelyn P. Heishman and Seth D. Heishman, Wife and Husband, dated April 10, 2007 and recorded on April 11, 2007 in Book 1426, Page 40, as Document No. 74704, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will, on November 21, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (foreclosure sales in Ray County are customarily held at 10:00AM), at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash:
A tract of land being a part of the Northwest ¼ and part of the Southwest ¼ of Section 31,Township 52, Range 27, located within the corporate limits of Richmond, Ray County, Missouri, also being described as part of lot 2, block 2, subdivision of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 31,Township 52, Range 27, per recorded map of Richmond, Missouri, dated June 7, 1911, on file in the Ray County Recorder’s Office. Said tract also described as part of sub-lot “C” of lot 2 of the subdivision of the North end of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 31, per recorded map of Richmond, Missouri, dated June 7, 1911, on file in the Ray County Recorder’s Office, being more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of South Street as same now exists, which is North 0 degrees 56 minutes West, a distance of 98.1 feet and East 1, 044.00 feet of the ¼ section corner on the West line of said Section 31; thence North 85 degrees 55 minutes East, a distance of 61.8 feet along the Southerly line of South Street as same now exits; thence South 2 degrees 28 minutes East, a distance of 132.5 feet along an old established property line fence; thence South 88 degrees 12 minutes West, a distance of 63 feet along a portion of an old property line fence; thence North 2 degrees 04 minutes West, a distance of 130.00 feet along an established line of trees forming a natural boundary to the point of beginning.
