NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, Tony J. Craft and Jo Lynn Craft, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust dated May 30, 2000, and recorded June 5, 2000 in the Office of the Ray County Recorder of Deeds, in Book 925, Page 2, conveyed to the undersigned Trustee the following described real estate situate in Ray County, Missouri, to-wit:
All located in Ray County, Missouri, to-wit:
A strip of ground, one hundred and five, (105) feet wide off of the South end of the following de scribed land, to-wit: Beginning at a point one hundred and five, (105) feet South of the point of intersection of the Richmond & Knoxville public Road with the Road running East and West, in Sec tion Thirty-six (36), Township Fifty-three (53) and Range Twenty-eight (28) which lies immediately North of “The Dockery Store”, thence East two hun dred and ten (210) feet, thence South four hundred and twenty (420) feet, thence West two hundred and ten (210) feet, thence North four hundred & twenty feet (420) to the place of beginning.
Part of the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fifty-three (53) and Range Twenty-eight (28) more particularly de scribed as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point Twenty (20) yards West of the Southwest corner of the “McDonald Graveyard” (which is also 20 yards West of the line between Ranges 27 & 28) thence due West six hundred and Seventy eight (678) feet, thence North parallel with the Richmond & Knoxville Public Road three hundred & twenty-two (322) feet to the center of the Public Road running East and West past the said McDonald Graveyard, thence East with the center of said Public Road, seven hundred & seventy five (775) feet to a point twenty (20) yards West of the Northwest corner of said Grave yard, thence South four hundred and twenty seven (427) feet to the point of beginning, except a strip of ground 19 feet, 4 inches East & West by 105 feet North & South in the Northwest corner of the land herein described. Containing in all 6.18 acres, more or less.
Beginning at a point one hundred five (105) feet South of the point of intersection of the Richmond & Knoxville Public Road with a public road running East and West in Section 36, Township 53, & Range 28 which public road lies immediately North of The Dockery Store; thence East two hundred & ten (210) feet; thence South parallel with said Richmond & Knoxville Public Road three hundred & fifteen (315) feet; thence West two hundred & ten (210) feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said tract of land herein described, three hundred & fifteen (315) feet to the place of beginning.
Excepting that part of above tracts which was con veyed to State of Missouri by instrument of record in Book 3, page 62, Recorder’s Office of Ray County, Missouri.
Which conveyance was made to the undersigned in trust to secure the payment of a promissory note in said Deed of Trust specified; and
WHEREAS, the principal and interest on said note are now past due and remain unpaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of the note and in pursuance of the conditions in said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell the property above described at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the Ray County Courthouse in the City of Richmond, Missouri, on Friday, November 18, 2011, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
