In the Estate of VIRGINIA LOU BAUGHMAN, Deceased.

 

Notice of Hearing for Determination of Heiship

 

Now on this day comes RANDY R. BAUGHMAN, and files Petition to Determine the Heirship of VIRGINIA LOU BAUGHMAN, deceased, and the court finds that the same should be set for hearing and notice given thereof.

 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the court that said petition be set for hearing on the 3rd day of OCTOBER, 2011, at 3:00 P.M. in the Probate Court of Ray County, Missouri, at Richmond, and that notice thereof be given by publication once a week for four consecutive weeks prior to said date of hearing and in addition thereto notice shall be given to:

 

All persons known or believed to claim any interest in the property as heir or through an heir of the decedent;

All persons who may at the date of the filing of the petition be shown by records of conveyances of the county in which any real property described in such petition is located to claim any interest therein through the heirs of the decedent; and

Any unknown heirs of the decedent.
