Arrowhead Country Club, Glendale, Ariz., was the setting at 5 p.m., Saturday, April 24 for the wedding of Amanda Graham Leach to Stephen Gregory Salzman.
Parents of the bride are Billy and Linda Leach; grandparents are William Jr., and Beulah Graham and the late Albert and Florence Leach, all of Richmond.
Parents of the groom are Dennis and Rochelle Salzman; grandparents are Florence Ruh and Delphia Salzman and the late Harvey Ruh and Gordon Salzman, all of Kiel, Wisc.
The wedding was held on the flagstone patio with a background of palm trees and colorful floral landscaping. Black glazed urns of fuchsia bougainvillea plants marked the aisle, which was covered in hot pink rose petals.
The bride was escorted by her father and wore a white satin and taffeta gown with a tufted skirt and beaded brocade bodice. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white hydrangea, white mini calla lilies and hot pink roses.
The maid of honor was Meredith Leach, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Aleasha Richards and Nicole Carrillo, friends of the bride. They wore watermelon knee length cotton sateen dresses and carried hand-tied bouquets of pink hydrangea, pink mini calla lilies and hot pink roses.
The best man was Robert Salzman, brother of the groom. David Gardner was a groomsman.
Flower girls were Ainsley and Sidney Salzman, daughters of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a cocktail hour was enjoyed by guests who were entertained by the band Kokomo, while awaiting the arrival of the bridal party. A dinner-dance reception followed in the ballroom of the country club.
After a honeymoon in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, the couple is residing in Glendale, Ariz.
The groom is the general manager of the Arrowhead Country Club, Glendale, Ariz., and the bride is a child development specialist in Scottsdale, Ariz.
