Carpenter, Wright to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Doug Carpenter of Stet are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Scott Wright, son of William Wright and Juanita Wright of Mayview.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Norborne R-8 and a graduated in 2005 from Northwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Ag business. She is employed by Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers, Inc., as a distillers merchandising assistant.
The groom-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Odessa R-7 and graduated in 2002 from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Agronomy. He is a self-employed farmer.
The couple is planning a Jan. 2, 2010 wedding in Mayview.
