Three Ray Countians have been charged with selling marijuana after a routine traffic stop.
Thomas Graham, 27, Shandara Kimmi, 20, and Sarah Snyder, 20, have all been charged with a Class B felony for possession with Intent to Distribute.
According to the affidavit of probable cause on May 13, a Ray County deputy initiated a traffic stop near the apartment complex located at 500 S. Camden Street. The vehicle was driven by Kimmi with Graham in the passenger seat.
The report says the officer was aware that Kimmi had a suspended drivers license and Graham was on parole.
The officer removed the two from the car and asked for consent to search the vehicle. The report says the officer located a cell phone belonging to Kimmi with drug related text messages from Snyder. The officer located Snyder in one of the apartments. Snyder denied sending the messages, but said a friend had asked her to obtain some marijuana. The officer proceeded with the search and located eight individually-wrapped clear plastic bags containing a green leafy substance in the trunk of the car where the spare tire is located. The officer also recovered $100 from Kimmi and $50 from Snyder.
