Richmond teen seriously injured in car crash

A Richmond teenager sustained serious injuries in a one-car crash last Friday in Carroll County.
Tiffany Jones, 16, of Richmond was transported to Carroll County Hospital before being life-flighted to Liberty Hospital, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol report.
The accident occurred on County Road 290 about a half mile east of County Road 161.
Brandon Duggins, 19, and William Holt, 20, both of Hardin, sustained moderate injuries and were also transported to Carroll County Hospital. Alexandria Hamilton, 16, of Richmond sustained minor injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, James Eaton, 33 and Ralph Holt, 22, both from Hardin fled the scene on foot before officers could arrive on scene according to the report.
According to MHP records, Eaton was arrested Saturday on a Ray County warrant for second degree assault and DWI and is currently being held in the Ray County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
