Edward N. “Skip” White, 61, of Carrollton, died Thursday, July 10, 2008, at his home.
Mr. White was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Brunswick, the son of Victor G. and Melvina L. (Underwood) White. He married Donna S. Hedrick of Carrollton on March 31, 1966; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, John White and his wife, Toni, of Brunswick, and Ryan White and Jessica Goetting of Carrollton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy Tunnell and her husband, Reed, of Carrollton and Tiffany O’Neal and her husband, Clifton, of Carrollton; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry White and his wife, Laura Lou, of Brunswick; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jane Sims and her husband, Jerry, of Brunswick; and 10 grandchildren, Cody White, Lucinda Tunnell, Presley Tunnell, Levi White, Kylie Self, Keaten O’Neal, Korbin O’Neal, Cami Jo White, Griffin O’Neal and Harley White.
In addition to his parents, two brothers, Wendall and George Willam White, preceded him in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family’s choice.
Visitation was held from 10 to 11 a.m., Monday, July 14, at the First Assembly of God Church in Carrollton. Graveside services immediately followed the visitation at 11 a.m., at Carroll Memory Gardens Cemetery in Carrollton.
Arrangements were under the direction of Thurman Funeral Home in Norborne.
