Larry Eugene White, 62, of Lawson, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008, at North Kansas City Hospital.
Larry was born Jan. 22, 1946, the son of Buford and Julia (Buhrmeister) White in Excelsior Springs.
He drove the propane truck for Evans Oil for over 35 years.
Larry enjoyed car shows, and visiting his friends at the cafe.
Survivors include: his mother, Julia White of Richmond; one daughter and son-in-law, Staci Clevenger and her husband, Charlie, of Excelsior Springs; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Darren White and his wife, Tammy, of Liberty, and John White of Raytown; one brother and sister-in-law, Sonny White and his wife, Pauline, of Richmond; and four grandchildren: Mercedes, Cierra, Alexander, and Drake.
His father, Buford White, preceded him in death this past year.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Larry White Memorial fund or to the New Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, at the Lawson Assembly of God Church in Lawson. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, at the church. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery north of Hardin.
Arrangements are under the direction of Polley Funeral Home in Lawson.
