Lorene Marie Gray, 88, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Lexington Care Center.
Lorene Marie Lemler was born June 19, 1919, in Cole Camp, the daughter of Fred Herman and Margaret Haase Lemler. She married Albert J. Gray, Dec. 15, 1940, in Higginsville; he preceded her in death on May 3, 1977.
Survivors include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Evelyn Butt of Marshfield, and Kathleen Morton and her husband, George, of Slater; two sons and daughters-in-law, Albert J. Gray, Jr. and his wife, Livia, of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and William F. Gray and his wife, Linda, of Liberty; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, her parents, one son, James E. Gray, one granddaughter, and her brothers and sisters, preceded her in death.
Memorials may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 3 p.m., at the church. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington.
