Warren O. Case, 84, of Gladstone, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008 at Shirkey’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
Warren was a WWII veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired transport driver for Woods Industries. He was a member of the Kansas City Harmonica Club, the VFW and The Rising Sun Masonic Lodge. Warren was also an Elder for the South Crysler Restoration Branch.
Survivors include: his wife of 60 years, Virginia (Nadine) Case, of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Nolker and her husband, Jim, of Richmond; one daughter-in-law, Kay Case, of Cameron; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
His parents, Reverend Oscar and Alta Case; and two sons, Dale W. Case and James I. Case, preceded him in death.
Visitation was held Sunday, Jan. 20, from 3 to 5 p.m. at McGilley Antioch Chapel in Kansas City, Mo., with a Masonic Service at 4:30 p.m. Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 21, 2008 at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial was in Mound Grove Cemetery.
