Leo Edmond “Sonny” Hadaller, 66, of Waverly, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008 at Carroll County Hospital in Carrollton.
Sonny was born Oct. 27, 1941 in Lexington, the son of Edmond Frank and Frances Marie Cretzmeyer Hadaller. He married Bonnie James, July 23, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nev. Leo was a member of the Waverly V.F.W., the American Legion, the Waverly Lions Club, and Waverly Jaycees.
Survivors include: his wife, Bonnie, of the home; two daughters, Pamela Jean Moore, and Catherine Marie Wynacht, both of Lebanon; one son, Scott Allen Hadaller, of Waverly; one stepdaughter, Rebecca Turner, of Kansas City, Mo.; one stepson, Bryan Hughes, of Grain Valley; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Catherine Boland and her husband, Raymond, of Sweet Springs; five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; three nephews and one niece.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Waverly Jaycees.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Walker, Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Dover Cemetery in Dover with military rites conducted by the Lexington V.F.W. Post 4052.
