Roger D. Cravens, Jr., 58, of Excelsior Springs, passed away at his home Sunday, Dec. 2, 2007.
Roger was born Sept. 17, 1949 in Liberty, the son of Durwood and Katherine Cravens. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War, and went on to become a computer programmer working at the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga.
Survivors include: his loving wife Anna (Norton) Cravens, of Excelsior Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Shaun Cravens and his wife, Rebecca, of Excelsior Springs; and two step-grandchildren.
His parents and grandmother, preceded him in death.
A visitation for Roger will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007 between 6 and 8 p.m. at the Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
