Susan Lynn Curry-Cook, 53, of Excelsior Springs, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007 at her home.
Susan was born April 1, 1954 in Excelsior Springs. She was a Member of the Baptist Church in Calif., and also attended the Woods Memorial Christian Church in Excelsior Springs. She was a Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3917 Ladies Auxillary.
Survivors include: two sons, David Pate of Overland Park, Kan. and Matthew Griffee of Raytown; one daughter, Danelle Pate of Kansas City, Mo.; her mother, Wanda Holloway of Excelsior Springs; one brother, Gary Curry of Kansas City, Mo.; six sisters, Cynthia Cunningham of Independence, Mary Fausett of Excelsior Springs, Michelle Ham of Kansas City, Mo., Linda Tucker of Kansas City, Mo., Sandra Weig of Excelsior Springs and Carolyn Jackson of Kansas City, Mo.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Her husband, Randy Pate, her step-father Claude Holloway and her brother, Richard Holloway, preceded her in death.
Cremation. Memorial Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at the Church of the Nazarene in Excelsior Springs, with Rev. Mark Callister officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
