Victor Allnutt, 69, of Richmond, passed away at 2:10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, at the North Kansas City Hospital in North Kansas City, Mo.
Victor was born on July 25, 1938 in Lawson, the son of Daniel Butler and Hazel (Summers) Allnutt. He married Barbara Whitworth of Richmond, on April 28, 1962; she preceded him in death on October 18, 2003.
Victor was a member of the Richmond First Community of Christ Church. He was a Greeter at the Wal-Mart store in Richmond. He had lived most of his life in Richmond. He was a United States Air Force veteran.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Dan Allnutt and his wife, Kim, of Warrensburg, and Sandy Allnutt and his wife, Kristi of Richmond; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy Glenn and her husband, Rick, of Excelsior Springs; one brother and sister-in-law, Keith Allnutt and his wife, Lois, of Richmond; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Jared and Abby Allnutt, Kristopher Allnutt, Amber and Dustin Yoakum, and Earl Glenn; and six great-grandchildren, Ben, Kobe, Elizabeth, Jacob and Lacey Glenn and Reannen Crooks.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to “One Heart,” “To Many” Pay It Forward Foundation, P.O. Box 1256, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 5, 2007 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Richmond.
