Rebecca Jean Huffman, 60, of Lexington, Passed away early Friday, Sept. 07, 2007 at her home of an apparent heart attack.
Rebecca was born Nov. 22, 1946 in Richmond, the daughter of Thomas and Dora Bales Patton. She married Larry Gene Huffman, Sr., in 1960 in Lexington. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include: four sons and three daughters-in-law, Larry Huffman, Jr. and his wife, Kathryn, of Wellington, Chris Huffman and his wife, Tammie, of Lexington, Jerry Huffman and his wife, Lynda, of Lexington, and Andrew Huffman; four daughters, Sharon Huffman of Lexington, Carryne Huffman of Richmond, Ginger Huffman of Lexington, and Bianca Huffman of Lexington; four brothers, Dean Patton, of Calif. Donald Patton, of Higginsville, Daniel V. Patton, of Winfield, Kan., and Ronald Patton of
Dexter, Kan.; five sisters, Doris Reibsamen, of Iowa, Glenda Fisher of Corder, Kay Waymire of Utah, Linda Patton of Kan., and Brenda Peterson of Lexington; eighteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Her parents and her husband, Larry Gene Huffman, Sr., two children: Valerie Ann Huffman and Alfred Thomas Huffman, three brothers, Lester, Tommy and John Patton, preceded her in death.
Visitation was held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007 at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007 at the funeral home.
Burial was in the Barker Cemetery in Odessa.
