Pamela C. Sullenger, 87, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
Pamela was born June 20, 1920 in Vibbard, to Grover & Minnie (Wilhilminia) Clevenger. She attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, and was also a long-time member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Jewell Chapter No. 492 in Liberty. Before retiring to Richmond, Pamela lived in Oklahoma City where she often helped the less fortunate through numerous charities and philanthropies.
Survivors include: one son, Roger Sullenger, of Norborne, two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Her parents; brother, Samuel Clevenger; and sister, Thelma Lee, preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Order of the Eastern Star Jewell Chapter #492, P.O. Box 36, Liberty, Mo. 64069.
Graveside services for Pamela will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007 at the Masonic Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.
