Judith L. Menaugh, 64, of Lexington, passed away Friday, June 15, 2007 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence.
Judy was born Nov. 8, 1942 in Wellington, the daughter of Marvin and Eva Fleming Casdorph. She married James Robert “Bob” Menaugh on Sept. 5, 1987. Judy had worked at Dunbrooke Shirt Factory in Lexington for many years as a seamstress and then later worked at Lake City Munitions Plant as a packer.
Surviving are: her children, Cathy Wallace and husband, Mark of Lexington, Kevin Russell “Rusty” Menaugh, Lexington, Robert Wade Menaugh, Independence, David Bryan Menaugh, Lee’s Summit, and Becky Menaugh, Independence; two brothers, Fred Casdorph, Hodge and Russell Casdorph, Lexington; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Lynn, Lexington; and a brother-in-law, Raymond Menaugh, Lexington; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; a son; and an infant sister.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 17, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established for Hospice.
Funeral services were held on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, with burial at Machpelah Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington.
