Janice Faye Durbin, 67, Excelsior Springs, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at her home.
Janice was born on Feb. 9, 1940 in Excelsior Springs, the daughter of Eugene and Della Mae (Potter) Barnes. She married Floyd Ousley in 1958; he preceded her in death on July 11, 1964. She was a Wal-Mart associate until her retirement in 2004. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene Excelsior Springs. She loved her Church and loved doing crafts.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Keith Ousley and his wife, Susan of Excelsior Springs; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kim Livingston and David of Lawson, and Kelly Munson and her husband, Kerry of Camden; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Danny Barnes and his wife, Deanna of Kearney, and Mike Wills; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Church of the Nazarene in Excelsior Springs.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2007 at the Church of the Nazarene in Excelsior Springs.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2007, at the Church of the Nazarene Excelsior Springs.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery Excelsior Springs.
Arrangements are under the direction of Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
