JulieAnne Barksdale, 28, of Hardin, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
JulieAnne was born Feb. 26, 1979 in Kansas City, Mo., to Richard Louis Gavoli and RoseAnn (Spargo) Gavoli. She married Robert Shane Barksdale July 17, 2004; he survives, of the home.
JulieAnne was employed as a sales clerk at the Mini Mart in Hardin. Julie gave us light and was a beautiful wife and mother. She never left a single person unloved.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Vincent and Lucas, both of the home; her parents of Hardin; one sister, Angela Gavoli of Hardin; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Gavoli of Kingsville; her paternal grandmother, Clementina Gavoli, Independence; her maternal grandmother, Mafalda Spargo of Orange, Conn.; her father-in-law and mother-in law, Robert R. and Karen D. Barksdale of Higginsville; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Billy J. and Laura Barksdale of Independence; and a sister-in-law, Jennifer E. Gavoli of Hardin; several nieces and nephews, loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Anthony Richard Gavoli of Hardin.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the education fund for Vincent and Lucas Barksdale.
There will be no family visitation.
Memorial services will be Friday, May 18, at 7 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond.
Inurnment will be at a later date.
