Oulman joins county 911 board
Newly elected Ray County E-911 Board member Pete Oulman made his first appearance with the board when it convened recently in Richmond.
Oulman, a Lawson resident, works for the Metropolitan Community College Police Department, serving as a sergeant in charge of the Maple Woods Campus and a department investigator. He was one of two people elected to the board during the April elections.
With a background in law enforcement, Oulman said public safety and service are an integral part of public safety and service to Ray County.
“I want to take an active part in contributing to the responsibilities and service it provides to our community,” said Oulman, who served as a police officer for 35 years.
